The Role: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant to oversee the full accounting function across three entities operating on accrual accounting (with cash tax reporting for one entity). You will ensure accurate and timely financial close processes, lead cash forecasting, support budgeting and departmental performance analysis, refine accounting processes, and drive continuous improvement of systems and controls. This role requires a local candidate (San Antonio or Austin with weekly in-person meetings) who thrives in a growing multi-entity environment and can partner effectively with leadership, department managers, and operations teams.
